The natural landscape of the course is refreshing and offers scenic views of the Southern Black Hills. The fairways are lined with mature Ponderosa Pines and demand accuracy off the tee.
One of the more difficult holes is #4, a 425-yard, par 4, requiring two lengthy shots to reach the green in regulation.
